Our Network
Expansion
One of AIESEC's great strengths is its ability to bring together young people and partner organizations from all over the world through exchange, conferences, and virtual tools.

The base of our network is a volunteer membership base of approximately 35,000 individuals in over 1700 universities in over 107 countries and territories. The national and international offices are managed by students on leave or members that have very recently graduated.

Together, the network manages relationships with well over 5000 partners, facilitates 5500 exchanges, and organizes over 450 conferences each year.
Growth Networks

The way in which AIESEC organizes itself has evolved over time dependent on what is needed to achieve the organizational vision in a world where economic and social landscapes are changing rapidly.

In order to increase the scope of AIESEC’s impact in communities and to offer ever more opportunities to its stakeholders; Member Committees are arranged into Growth Networks, each one grouped based on shared markets, similar realities, and opportunities to leverage impact through mutual cooperation.
