National Partners

National Exchange Partnerships are a customised talent acquisition and employer branding solution that enables your organisation to source top talent from throughout the AIESEC global network through the AIESEC exchange program.

AIESEC in Australia will work with your organisation to identify specific talent requirements and develop a strategy to meet your needs. Our service includes company positioning to local and international graduates, logistical and integration support of interns, profiling and reporting of the partnership, and strategies to ensure high retention of talent within your organisation.

How does a national partnership work?

  • Identification of Needs. AIESEC Australia works with your organisation to identify the talent needs, including factors such as candidate profiles, geography, and job descriptions.
  • Sourcing Top Talent. Through positioning on our on-line platforms, at conferences, and in target markets, AIESEC Australia enables your organisation to access the top talent within our global network.
  • Complete Logistical Support and Integration. AIESEC locally handles the logistics involved in the physical movement of young people (such as housing and visa) and provides integration activities for the trainee.
  • Profiling, Reporting, and Measurements. All traineeships are evaluated from the organisation's and trainee's perspectives through an on-line measurement system. We then create reports and case studies to profile the relationship within your organisation and the AIESEC network.
  • Talent Retention. The key objective of the program is to provide organisations with young talent from around the word with a long-term perspective. Post the completion of the traineeship, organisations can retain these interns in their home country or an alternative country agreed upon by both parties .
